it's football mate! (massive - get stuck in - proper fish n'chip-lager supporters club) i am all these things:

big weekend mate - get stuck in, right? for examples - me & me flat mate headin' down t'white heart lane for da "norfh lundon darby" (north london derby - to Americans) yeah' mate - Spurs & the Arse' (Tottenham Hotspur v. Arsenal - to Americans) gettin' set ta'tangle up- proper match. (COME ON YOU SPURS!!)

but on the serious - huge match (as always) but there seems to be more talking points this year than in previous - Robbie Keane's return to Spurs after a 6 month stint at Liverpool (was it all just a dream?) - the end of the transfer window - Will recently acquired Russian wiz-kid Andrei Arshavin make his Arsenal debut? Can Harry (Houdini) Redknapp perform another magical escape & keep Spurs out of the drop zone? & what of Harry handing the Captain's armband immediately back to Keane upon his return? (SOMEBODY, ANSWER ME!!!)

& what about this Beckham loan deal? i have to say, I saw this coming all along. Hear me now: there is no way he leaves Milan to come back to play in MLS - No Way! Beckham fans,....just prepare yourselves. I suppose I'm kind of neutral in the matter - I mean I've never been one to get my panties (pink-silk-lace) all up in a bunch over goldenballs. I do find the AC Milan loan move quite interesting - we'll see. Italy has been incredibly entertaining this year. Milan have shot up to 2nd in Serie A upon Mr. Posh's arrival. something, not sure what, but something has changed in an ageing Milan side since David's insertion into the squad - I mean HE'S STARTING!! Something must be going right,...

United deal with the Hammers this weekend - who currently set mid-table , so on paper we should win it - but West Ham tend to beat us at least once a yr, EVERY YEAR!! should be interesting. Injuries still plague the champions & Rooney still looks to be another week or so on the sidelines nursing the hammy.

(Oh S! this just in, Rooney could very well feature for the Reds on Sunday - no starting situation but it looks like he makes the bench)

& how will a Gerrard-less Liverpool cope without their talisman? Can we hope for the beginning of mindless sprawl into a downward spiral? Yes, we can. Rafa' has obviously lost the plot, or should I say: he's starting to loose the plot. any-old,....

all these things,..enjoy your weekend, David Brent would want you to,...

"If work was so good, the rich would have kept more of it for themselves".

"If your boss is getting you down, look at him through the prongs of a fork and imagine him in jail".

"If you're gonna be late, then be late and not just 2 minutes - make it an hour and enjoy your breakfast".
(that last one was for you b)
