uuhhhhh - (& here we go again) a truck in my bedroom.
5 am mind's mellow fixation & then,......reminisce-
earthquakes-bombs-explosions-what's going on/happening? are we under attack? the rapture! & then to sit or let it sit, running, running, warming until my dull awake mind just can't wing it - adjustment, a loud, stirring beat & now my heart hurts a bit for other reasons but a magnifying glass multiplication set of diverse sounds & noises, but no bleeps, no blips
when to a sense of calm & relaxation?-grace, style, beauty-the pursuit of happiness?
