have you been following this whole South by Southwest situation? I guess this'll be more of a PSA - but this huge gathering/music/film -social fest down in Austin, TX - every year - but again, FYI - you can follow the whole situation through the NPR site/iTunes -

there are live shows to d-load by podcast from loads & toads of bands,i.e. the Decemberists, Avett Bros, Blitzen Trapper, the Dirty Projectors & much more (you should check out this rapper named K'Naan, he's from Mogadishu - quite interesting take on hip hop)

- goofy blogger geek heads with little 10 to 15 minute updates on various shows they've been to (probably for free - man i'm in the wrong profession) but all this is cool/sense of community type stuff that you should be checking out as opposed to,..hhmm,..what is it? i dunno, watching college basketball or something - or maybe i should say along with it. don't want to be perceived as snobbish. get it?
