Luck fell from the Sky:
it wasn't as if it was planned, (well it kind of was)
did I deserve it?
That face, that beautiful,
delicate face.
Ah, sweet innocent naiveté
written on the sleeve!
The neighbors grass was burnt
in a fire, no one was hurt.
Hey, I got a great idea:
Let's go for a roller coaster ride!
Sound fun?
There will be ups & downs,
a little scary at times,
exhilarating, gassy,
frightening, but totally
worth it in the end.
There are times, Yes, clear & concise
times where self-realization
enters in like an opening night crowd.
They are nice moments because remember,
everyone is a paying customer.
Remember in Shawshank Redemption
when Tim Robbins was standing in the
water, exultant & triumphant,
with the rain falling on his face?
You're that rain.
You cleanse me.
I bet he felt that luck fell
from the sky.
Hadn't he just crawled out of a sewer?
